The gold coast

Hello :) I just came back from a week in Queensland which was faantastic! It was so nice to just relax. I loved the warm weather, the beach, the atmosphere oh, everything. Mmm wish we could stay there longer. Definitely going back there some day.

I'm back in Melbourne now, where most days are spent shopping - arrh, but I'm actually quite sick of shopping, mostly because I visit the same streets and shoppping centers all the time.. Hmm, but today I thought I'm gonna try to find some new shopping areas, and also some vintage shops. Hope I don't get lost though.

The jumpsuit which has the most beautiful nude color! Plus it's so comfortable and cool at the same time.

I was invited to the opening of a new exclusive mall, EGER, on thursday.

Really, Oslo just got upgraded.

I bought a white t-shirt from H&M Men's section and just cut it like this. It gives a really nice touch to a plain outfit. A different look that goes well with this seasons cropped-top trend!

OMG, I could talk about yesterday's concert forever but I'm gonna try to keep it short!
To sum it up it was a magic night and I had the best time ever! I had so much fun, their music is amazing and Pharrell was smoking hot as always:D

We were so lucky that we stood in the front row (!) and I touched him three times! Yeah, and during "sooner or later" we had deeeeep eyecontact and he held my hand for a long time. What a moment!

Hahaha, I know - I'm such a geek.
But, aaah I'm in love with Pharrell <3

I can't imagine what the people who got to go on stage felt like!

Oh, they have to come back next year!

Remember the costume party I talked about last week? Here's the dress I made for the occasion!


The theme was "Super-Me".
You were supposed to use a quality you have and exaggerate it (into a superforce, kind of.)

My idea was that I am very laidback and believe that everything will turn out good - therefore I take things easy and "light" as we say in Norway (eller, uhm at jeg tar ting veldig lett da).
And then I though light = feathers = tada! featherdress! ;)

Its never enough

It's already snow over here, and today I was tired of freezing so I wore something extremely boring. No point in showing. But I wanted to blog today so I put on a outfit I wore last week, but that I never got the chance of showing since it was so dark when I came home (and I don't like using the flashlight on the camera bla bla).

Aah, I wanna wear these boots but it's way to slippery now. And I dont think it's that trendy to fall on your bum this season?

I guess I'll just have to challenge myself, haha, because I don't want to quit wearing high heels.

Feather Feather

Friday I went to this fashion show that was held to support HIV/AIDS among other issues. It was more a show with dancing and circus-ish elements though, but it was interesting anyway. Hm :)

On saturday I went to a little event where we saw the fashion academy award show live from Berlin. Ah, it was really interesting and inspiring! Afterwards we went out to dance. Had a great weekend!

Add some color

I found two blazers in mom's wardrobe the other day - one was military-green and the other one was purple. Great colours on both! You can imagine how happy I got when I found them - mm you can never get too many blazers. They're so great because of their versatility - they're so easy to dress either up or down, and in both cases you'll end up looking chic anyway no matter how you combine it.

I tried out the purple one this weekend.

Supersized equals supercomfy

When I don't have anything to wear, I like to go through others wardrobe. Who doesnt?

I've seen it all before, but as the trends keep changing - I end up finding something new in their closet each season.

Not that it has anything to do with this garment.
It's definitely not just a one season hit, nu-uh, this one will look good for years.

This supercomfy, beige knitted cardigan with big brown buttons belongs to my dad. I remembered he got it as a christmas present last year. From Zara.

It's much much more oversized and comfy than pictured. I wrapped it tight around me so that's why it looks like it does.. I love it and it looks so great with my brown boots. Would've been so cool walking around like this. Mm, but it's way too big for me.

Choose the sunlight

I think I'll remove the necklace. I thought I needed to add something more, but I think it will look better without. I rarely use jewelrys theese days. I'm in the search for a jewelrys that are big and bold though, that would be nice.

Just found out that I have to go to work today though, joy, so I'll probably change into something boring. So not in the mood for work. Fortunately, next week there will be zero work except for one day.

Hocus Pocus

Wasn't going to blog today but you guys are too adorable. I feel that I have to.

I'm never satisfied with my outfitpictures because of the light indoors and the messy background. I wish we lived in a white house so that I could take pictures outside - or had a nice garden or just... anything else pretty. The background and the quality of pictures has a lot to say.. I often skip posting outfits just beacuse of that. Everybody should've been a pro photographer. Not really.. But so many blogs would've been improved. Yadda yadda yadda.

Today I wore a shiny lightpink/nude secondhand playsuit (which I love!), heels from forever21, hat from H&M and the leather bag is from zara. I noticed I could've left the cardigan at home since the weather has been at it's best theese days. Aah <3 I just hope it'll last.

Hadde min siste eksamen i muntlig i går, og så flaks som jeg har kom jeg opp i religion. Akkurat det jeg håpet på.

Apropos ferdig med videregående - på torsdag er det avslutning på kvelden. Kjøpte denne kjolen fra gina for en stund siden som dere kansje husker. Har gjort noen mini endringer på den.

Gjorde at den fikk ballongform og satte på gullknapper. Ikke store forandringer - men med en kjole fra gina tenker jeg at det er store muligheter for at noen har den samme kjolen. Hvis folk skal pynte seg i det hele tatt da? Da blir min litt annerledes hvertfall.

Denne uken har jeg vært inne i en periode hvor jeg sovner i 4-5 tiden og står opp rundt 1. I dag ville jeg fikse det så jeg døgnet, var ikke så vanskelig for jeg sovna aldri uansett. Stod opp i sekstiden og lagde frokost til familien (vafler), haha 8) Rastløs. En stund senere ble jeg plutselig sykt trøtt så jeg tillot meg selv å sove bittelitt - må holde meg trøtt så jeg kan legge meg til vanlig tid i dag og få en normal døgnrytme. Aaaaanyways, det jeg skal komme frem til er at jeg brukte blant annet tiden min på å se i gamle blader. Fant så ut at det er på tide å investere i en ordentlig veske! Hvorfor ikke? Tenker hele tiden at jeg må slutte å kjøpe mange småting for å heller investere i litt dyrere klær og klassikere som varer evig.
Ble veldig spent på tanken og jeg ble forelsket i Sophie large tote fra Botkier, helst i grå.

Nam nam nam. Har sett den flere ganger før, blant annet på Elin Kling sin blogg, men har ikke fått ordentlige cravings etter den før nå. MEN, den er ikke akkurat ny, så når jeg søkte etter den var den ikke til salgs noen steder. Deprimerende! Kjenner at jeg var så klar for den. Prøvde å se etter andre vesker men fant ikke noen spesielle. Jeg vil ha den. Den er perfekt. Mm,  eller jo hvis jeg skal ha en annen skulle det vært miu miu bow satchel, men den er jo gammel den og, så den er ikke til salgs noen steder den heller. Får håpe noen blir lei av sin miu miu eller botkier og selger sin på ebay eller noe snart, ja?

Se! Er den ikke nydelig? Undertøy som definitivt ikke skal bli brukt som bare undertøy. Denne må vises frem :) Tenkte jeg skulle kjøpe den i morgen når jeg skal på jobb.

I dag skal jeg bare være hjemme og lese til eksamen. Det trengs. Heldigvis skinner sola i dag så da kan jeg sitte ute i hagen. Aaah :)
Den første norsk eksamenen gikk veldig veldig bra. Jeg valgte oppgave 1 hvor man skulle tolke og sammenlikne to dikt. Visste at det skulle komme noe sånt, så det var deilig. Den andre norsk eksamenen gikk ikke like bra. Siden jeg har fritak fra nynorsk får jeg karakter basert på begge oppgavene. Hm. Orket ikke å engasjere meg ordentlig, selvom jeg burde ha gjort det - siden det er den aller siste norsk stilen jeg kommer til å skrive. Yes, deilig. Aldri mer, tjohei. Valgte den med ungdom & internett. Plankeoppgave:) Thihi.

Nå har jeg levd uten mobil i snart to uker og jeg begynner virkelig å bli lei. Skulle bytte abonnement så jeg fikk tilsendt nytt sim-kort, men det er visst defekt. Veldig irriterende for det er umulig å få kontakt med noen som kan sende meg et nytt et. Når jeg ringer kundesenteret som jeg har prøvd flere ganger har jeg alltid sittet over en halvtime og ventet, og jeg eier ikke tålmodighet til slikt. Har sendt mail, så håper de svarer der snart :) Det må de. Aaanyways, har ikke kamera for tiden heller så jeg må låne mobilen til søstra mi for å få blogget. Herlig. Får lønning om en uke da, så da skal jeg kjøpe et nytt kamera. Har sett litt på Canon powershot S5 IS og lurer på om jeg skal kjøpe den? Syns den virker fin.

Russetiden er herlig men slitsom. Nå må jeg gå og ta igjen en del lekser, pluss øve til fremføring jeg skal ha i morgen :) Woopi

Hadde på meg dette når jeg dro ut i helgen..
Er forelska i toppen, den er nydelig. Har hatt lyst på en slik lenge <3 Yummy.
Hadde også på meg de kremhvite ankelbootsa fra skopunkten og skinnjakka fra zara.

My Wardrobe: Top 3 dresses

For å ha mer å blogge om viser jeg favoritter i min garderobe. Random rekkefølge.

KJOLER


Kremhvit kjole som jeg har sydd selv. Elsker den veldig høyt. Har kun brukt den en gang på russeball, men jeg gleder meg til å finne enda en anledning å bruke den til :)

Av hverdagslige kjoler, så er denne min favoritt. Hadde ikke hatt noe i mot å ha den på hver dag. Mønsteret og fargene er nydelige. Secondhand kjøpt på UFF.

Pudder/nudefarget secondhand kjole kjøpt på UFF. Egentlig en nattkjole, men men. Nydelig om sommeren.

Tidligere denne uka når det var så fiint vær :)

Mmm jeg er syk. Så i dag skippa jeg jobben for å være hjemme. Har nesten sovet bort hele dagen - men nå tenkte jeg at jeg skulle gjøre noe nyttig, så skal prøve å gjøre litt lekser. Enjoy.

Har hatt denne blusen liggende i skapet i flere måneder, og dette er første gangen jeg bruker den. Har alltid syntes at den sitter litt rart - men den er jo egentlig helt nydelig :) Hih

Golden Horse

Stor gullbrosje fra H&M Trend

Denne brosjen har et slitt preg på seg pga den svarte lakken, og det liker jeg. Noen ting er finere når de er litt brukt. Hadde den vært ekte vintage hadde jeg elsket den!
Meen det er bare billig H&M. Kostet meg femtilappen.
